Can we change plans during the trip?

You can discuss changes, such as a later start, more rest or a different stop, with your dedicated guide. Changes depend on existing bookings and local conditions. Your planner will confirm whether a change is possible and whether any extra cost applies.

Is the chat assistant a real person?

No. It is an AI assistant that records your trip details. A BT TOUR planner reviews every request and replies to you personally.

Do you take groups?
