This website provides travel information and inquiry services. It does not offer customer registration, product ordering or delivery, or online payment.
(1) Travel inquiries: responding to questions, discussing itineraries and providing quotes.
(2) Travel services: providing information and preparing the requested travel services.
(3) Marketing: events, statistics, promotional information.
2. Retention Period
Information is retained within the agreed period and destroyed when no longer necessary. Where required by applicable law, retention periods are: contracts (5yr), payments (5yr), complaints (3yr), advertising (6mo), access logs (3mo).

Website travel inquiry
Required: name, email, inquiry message.
Optional: phone, company, group size and selected trip details (destinations, dates, accommodation, etc.).
Private trip inquiry form
Required: name, email.
Optional: messenger contact, country of residence, travel month, numbers of adults, children and seniors, and special requests.
We also collect your consent to personal information processing when you submit an inquiry. The AI consultation processes the messages and trip details you enter. When you send the consultation to a planner, the inquiry summary and conversation are also sent.
Ad click identifiers
If you visit through a Google ad, we record the ad click identifier (such as gclid) with your inquiry. To measure ad performance, we may share only this identifier and the time of your inquiry with Google Ads (Google LLC, USA). We do not share your name, email address or phone number.

Gabia nameservers are used for the domain’s DNS management. Vercel hosts the website.
Google, Vercel and Cloudflare are located in the USA and VNG in Vietnam. Information needed to respond to your inquiry (name, contact details and trip request) may be transferred to and processed on their servers abroad.
7. Destruction
Electronic files are securely deleted; paper records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Data Subject Rights
Access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing may be requested at any time.
9. Security Measures
Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place.
10. Cookies
Cookies may be used for personalized services. Users can refuse cookies via browser settings.
