Do you handle only the Korea portion of a trip?
Yes. We arrange ground services in Korea: hotels, private vehicles, guides and interpreters, meals, event venues and banquets, airport meet-and-greet and on-site operations. If your itinerary covers several countries, send us the full itinerary and we will quote the Korea portion.
Can you arrange flights and visas?
For groups departing from Vietnam, our partner in Vietnam can arrange flights and visas. For groups departing from other countries, we handle ground arrangements in Korea.
What information do you need for a quote?
Your company name, number of participants, arrival date, number of days, FOC requirements and preferred hotel category. For a multi-country trip, please also send the full itinerary.
Which languages can we use to contact your team?
Our team replies in English, Vietnamese, Chinese or Korean. We can also arrange Vietnamese- or Chinese-speaking guides.
Do you handle group study tours and training trips?
Yes. For group study tours and training trips to Korea, we arrange vehicles, guides, hotels and meals and handle on-site operations.
